Question

Getting the correct running shoes

Description
Is it just enough if I go for my size shoe or are there more things I need to look into while buying a running shoe?

The best shoe for running can be chosen after you know the type of foot. This can be seen by getting your foot print on a paper. A very flat foot – one where the complete print of the leg would mean your foot is overpronated and in this case you will need a shoe that offers stability. Underpronated legs need cushioned shoes while neutral foot prints could mean you need to go for neutral shoes.
