Submit it to Search Engines. Optimize your site with relevant keywords. Write unique content. Tell everyone about it through Facebook, Orkut, Twitter etc. It looks difficult at first but once you learn the Optimization techniques, it's easy. My technology blog (www.techno-pulse.com) has reached to a global Alexa rank of around 480,000 in 3 months. On an average I receive 80-90 unique visitors. On few occasions it has crossed 100 unique visitors mark. Currently it has approx 20 articles.
