I think it makes a lot of sense. If you look at the customer's behavior today, they do their primary research on the internet gathering details about their car, dealers in the region, etc. before they proceed to make a phone call or make a visit.
By having an online presence and being visible to the customer here, you are able to get the advantage of being reached much more easily and thus I am sure you will see a visible increase in business soon after you go online.
