If you're overwhelmed by the number of options out there, I can suggest the Proform XP 185 U as being a very reliable bike. I just recently got rid of mine for finacial reasons, but it was a great bike with an abundance of great features! If you're not 100% sure you want to get an exercise bike, the Proform XP Treadmill is another great option with lots of accomodating features built in.
