• Refund Amount: 100% of the item’s purchase price

All returns that meet our conditions qualify for a full refund.

You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return. The delivery date is determined by the carrier’s tracking confirmation. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

• Unused and unworn: No visible signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage.
• Original condition: Must include packaging and tags.
• No alterations: Items that have been altered or show signs of damage (such as accessories with broken parts) cannot be returned.

We cannot accept returns in the following situations:

• Returns requested after the 60-day return window.
• Products missing tags, original components, or accessories.

If your return is not approved, we will provide an explanation.

To initiate a return:

Items returned without prior approval may be delayed or rejected.

We cover the return shipping costs for eligible returns. There are no hidden charges or restocking fees.

After we receive and inspect your return:

• Refund Issued: Within 8 business days after approval

Refunds will be processed according to your payment provider’s processing times.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, including credit cards, debit cards, or digital payment options.

For partial returns (only part of your order):

• Refunds apply only to the returned item(s).
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• No penalties for partial returns.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To receive a different size, color, or style of accessories, please return the original item and place a new order.

If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
