Cancel/ Change Order

1. Order Cancellation

At Knewthis, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. We offer a 12-hour cancellation window from the moment you place your order. During this time, you can cancel your purchase and receive a full refund. Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

How to Cancel Your Order:

• Before Processing: If your order hasn’t been processed yet (i.e., the accessories are not yet with the carrier), we can cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please contact us as soon as possible.
• After Processing: If your order has already been processed and is on its way to the carrier, we cannot cancel it. However, once the product arrives, you can follow our Return & Refund Policy to return the accessories.

To cancel your order:

• Subject Line: “URGENT: Cancel Order #[Your Order Number]”
• Include: Your full name, order number, and a confirmation that you wish to cancel your order.

2. Order Changes

If you need to make changes to your order—such as modifying the shipping address or changing details of the accessories like size, color, or style—please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, we may not be able to accommodate the changes.

Types of Changes You Can Request:

• Address Changes: If there’s an error with your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours to update the information. After this period, we may not be able to modify your shipping details.
• Product Changes: If you wish to change the accessories (e.g., switching from one style to another), we suggest canceling the original order and placing a new one within the 12-hour window.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes to the items in your order.

3. How to Request a Cancellation or Change

To ensure we handle your request as quickly as possible, please follow these steps:

• Use the Subject Line:
  • “URGENT: Cancel Order #[Your Order Number]” for cancellations
  • “URGENT: Change Order #[Your Order Number]” for changes
• Provide Order Details: Include your full name, order number, and a clear description of the change you wish to make or confirm your cancellation request. If you’re changing the shipping address or product details (e.g., accessories like size or color), please be sure to include that information as well.

Once we receive your email, we will respond within 1 business day. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we will proceed with the cancellation or change as requested.

4. Important Notes

• 12-Hour Window: To ensure we can process your request, please reach out to us as soon as possible within the 12-hour window. Orders are processed quickly, and delays in contacting us may make it difficult to accommodate your changes.
• Once Shipped: Once an order is processed and shipped, cancellations or changes are no longer possible. However, you can return the product once it arrives, following our Return & Refund Policy.
• Order Accuracy: Please double-check your order details, including the shipping address, product selection, and quantities before completing your purchase to avoid errors that may require a change or cancellation.

5. How We Handle Refunds

• If Your Order is Canceled Before Processing: We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
• If Your Order Has Shipped: You will need to wait for the accessories to arrive before initiating a return.

Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and the bank’s processing times.
